Silver is a durable and beautiful, like you! But, take care around solvents and whatnot when wearing. And, a little polishing every once in awhile will help it keep its luster.
Brass can and will tarnish, (or deepen, depending on your perspective). To keep it looking shiny and fresh, keep brass away from moisture and solvents and whatnot. The more you wear brass, the slower it will tarnish. If you do want to shine up the patina, a polishing cloth works well.
Also, everything in the shop is guaranteed, no questions asked.(Well maybe a few questions. I'm new at metalsmithing and I want to know how these pieces hold up out in the wild.)
